Nitronomics Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Nitronomics website, services, and products (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Nitronomics provides Discord server setup, maintenance, custom bot development, and digital products. Service features depend on the package selected.

2. Payments and Refunds

Payment is due at the time of purchase.
Prices listed do not include taxes. Final prices, including applicable taxes based on the user’s billing country, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Refunds are not provided for custom services once work has commenced. For digital products, all sales are final due to the nature of instant delivery. Maintenance subscriptions may be canceled at any time, with refunds issued only if canceled within 3 days of the new billing cycle and no services have been delivered. Contact us at contact@nitronomics.com for refund requests.
Subscription services (e.g., maintenance plans) auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and cooperate with setup processes.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Nitronomics is owned by us and protected by copyright laws.
You may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce our materials without written consent.

5. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” without warranties.
We are not responsible for third-party platform issues (e.g., Discord outages).
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate Services if you violate these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated Effective Date.
